Pendlebury Immigration Partners is committed to treating the personal information we collect in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the Privacy Act). This Privacy Policy sets out how Pendlebury Immigration Partners handles, stores and secures personal information given directly to them by their clients.
We have implemented a dedicated client management system (Migration Manager) to assist us in efficiently corresponding with our partners and to manage all of our clients’ data securely.
How do we collect client data?
The platform allows us to collect personal information that’s been directly provided to us by our clients, where the information will assist us with the provision of visa services.
How do we store client data safely?
All documentation can be directly uploaded to our secure system, and all files are safely stored on OneDrive. Every piece of information, correspondence or document is transferred over an encrypted and secure channel using 256-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption, the standard for secure internet network connections.
All documentation is further encrypted during storage using the AES-256 standard, which is the same encryption standard used by banks to secure customer data.
